At Walkeringham Primary School, we believe that developing positive values and strong character is an important part of helping our children to succeed. Together with our pupils, we have created the Walkeringham Ways, a set of values that guide us in making the right choices, taking responsibility for our actions, and becoming confident, caring members of our school and wider community.

We work with our children to explore what each of these values means and how they can be demonstrated in everyday life. Our pupils are encouraged to practise these qualities both in school and beyond, helping them to develop the skills and attitudes needed for lifelong success.

We celebrate children who demonstrate our Walkeringham Ways through our weekly Team Member of the Week awards, where pupils are recognised for showing these important values and being positive role models within our school community.
